Mortgage Loans - What We'll Need to Serve You

Here is a basic checklist of items to start the mortgage application process:
  • Complete copy of the signed Purchase Agreement
  • W-2s for the past two years (or complete tax returns if self-employed)
  • Employer contact name and number for verification
  • Most recent pay stubs covering last 30 days
  • 12 months’ mortgage payment receipts or cancelled checks
  • Last 2 months’ bank statements of all checking, savings, and asset accounts (please bring all pages)
  • Certificate of Eligibility or DD214 on a VA loan
  • Photo ID, i.e., driver’s license or military ID
